Emily's Food Pantry
Emily’s Pantry distributes food on 4th Sunday of each month, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. This is a time when many families are closing out the end of the month bills and just need a little extra help to get them through the next pay period.
You can help others by serving at Emily’s Pantry. The pantry has been up and running since May 2012. All Saints staffs the ministry with volunteers (you don’t even have to be a member of the church to help out.) We can train you to take in paper work, guide people to the next station, or just fill bags with food. Contact Tracey Spiller to volunteer.
We collect food throughout the month. We label, date, stock the food, and distribute it. Non-expired food donations are always welcome. Your contributions can be dropped off Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., or join us on Sundays and see what the pantry is all about.
Fort Bend Family Promise was created to provide shelter, meals, and comprehensive support to families without homes. All Saints provides accommodations and meals for three to five families (up to 14 people) for one week, every two to three months. To volunteer, or to find out more about this important ministry, please contact Tia Daniel or Rosalind Mayeux.
Water Bottle Ministry
We hand out water bottles and peanut butter crackers to people on street corners asking for help. Once a month we meet to bind water bottles and crackers with a band that gives a Bible verse of encouragement. Church members keep bottles in their cars to pass out.
